VIDEOGAMES!!! WOO!

Video Games
Nowadays in society video games have become very popular. Most people have a favoritism to the game Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. Its a popular shooter that alot of people have been playing now. It is a multi platform game; for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, the Wii, for the computer, and many more.

Its funny how it all started with a computer version of tic-tac-toe made by A.S. Douglas and now we have games that do so much more.

Now games do so much more and try to look so realistic. Even though the part of violence and language is a factor so some people its still surprising how it progresses further and further in technology.
For instance, Microsoft for the Xbox 360 is coming out with a new wireless way to play video games. Where it reads your movements to play the game and your voice too.

Background Music Scene

While Odysseus is on Ithica he is disguesed as a begger and he kind of creeps and sneaks all throughout Ithica. Well he is going around getting the gyst of what is going on throughout the city. He learns about how the suitors are eating him out of house and home. Also he learns how his people treat the weak and wery.

I like this scene because it was one my most favorite of scenes to develop background music for. I really like how Oddysues kept his cool until the right moment in time. I don't know really if I can relate to this scene but I do know that I can be inspired sort of by this scene. When Odysseus and Thelmeacus both battled through the suitors to reclaim back his house, his wife, and his city that was inspiring.

For the scene that I would choose the background music to have in, would have to be while Odysseus is in Ithica and is sneaking around all of Ithica as a begger. The song would be the mission impossible theme music. As he creeps all around all of Ithica spying on his wife and the suitors and making his plot to take back his kingdom and home. But when he kills all the suitors the song would end.

Athena the god of Wisdom

Athena was the goddess of wisdome and miltary victory,  and also the patron of the city of Athens, she was also Hercules' half sister. She was the daughter of Zues and Metis. There was a prophecy that the child of born by from Metis would overthrow Zues and become the next ruler of heaven. So to prevent that Zues swallowed Metis while she was still pregnant to prevent the prophecy to ever happen. But Zues later on developed a headache and begged Hephaestus to open his head to get rid of his headaches. When he opened he opened his head out spung Athena fully grown and ready for battle.

Somerdale Home Sweet Home

I think I would fight for my home because that is the area where I grew up. The things that make it great are that my greatest life experiences even though they may be small they were still great to myself. Its where I developed my views on life. For instance, when i was young and i had to take up baseball that was a fun memory and good past time at that age.

Odysseus and the Bag of Wind

I think it was Odysseus's fault for what the happened to the bag of wind, that which threw them offcourse on their way to Ithica. I think if Odysseus did tell them about what was in the bag then they wouldn't of opened the bag because of their curiosity.
